WeightWatchers New Complete Cookbook

This is an excellent resource for people looking to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Every recipe specifies how many Calories, Carbohydrates, and how much Sodium is in every meal. There is wonderful variety, and the recipes are fairly easy to follow. We will use this book as a resource when we choose some of our recipes for Tova’s Kitchen.
