Diabetes News: 20 Minutes of Exercise can Prevent Type 2 Diabetes in Children.

Did you know that more children have type 2 Diabetes than type 1 diabetes?  Studies have shown that the incidence of Type 2 Diabetes can be significantly improved with just 20 minutes of exercise per day.  More exercise is even better.  Other studies have shown that moderate exercise will also help improve academic performance.  Hopefully, this study and others with provide the impetus for physical education as well as nutritional education in schools.
