Healthier Fried Fish Recipe

I’m a fan of this healthier version of a “fish and chips”-style fried fish recipe.  It’s far healthier than your typical fast-food fish sandwich or restaurant-served fried fish.  Enjoy this great fish recipe for lunch or dinner!  Please let us know how yours turned out, and as always, submit any questions or comments below.

Talisa, thanks for your comment about loving the videos! I work very hard to provide quality recipes and easy explanations for them, so it’s so gratifying to hear that you love them. Unfortunately, I can’t reproduce the recipes in written form due to copyright laws, since I didn’t write them. I’m currently working on a cookbook to go along with new recipes that I’ll create in culinary school. You can produce your own written ingredients and procedures by taking notes on what I’m saying, pushing the pause button when you need more time. Sorry about the extra step! Please let me know if there’s any other way I can serve you. Happy new year!

I love the videos but it would be great it you also listed the actual recipe and a shopping list.
