Diabetes and Exercise

Should people with diabetes exercise and what types of exercise are helpful?  While everybody with Diabetes should review this with their health care provider and get an individualized exercise plan, the link below provides some general advice.  Please keep in mind that most of the time exercise may lower the blood sugar both short term and long term.  However, exercise may raise blood sugar under certain circumstances.  Click here for the full article.
